A Soft Life Rooted in Love
I’ve always considered myself a lover girl - someone who craves deep connection and yearns to bare her soul to the people who matter. I want to move through life overflowing with love - not just the romantic kind, the kind of love that feels like home - grounding, radiant, and impossible to miss.
Love That Shows Up in Friendship
As I near the end of my twenties, I’m realizing more and more that love - in all its forms - is what we’re here for. It’s the thread that weaves everything together. The kind that lives in small gestures, quiet moments, and steady presence.
Over the past year, I’ve been lucky to cultivate that kind of love in my friendships. The bonds I’ve built feel strong, intentional, and mutual. I’ve felt deeply supported, and I hope I’ve been able to reciprocate the same.
Love Is in the Smallest Moments
The idea for this post came to me not 10 minutes before I started writing. I wasn’t sure if it would end up on Instagram or live somewhere quieter. But ultimately, I wanted it to live here - a little love letter on my corner of the internet.
Love isn’t always loud. It’s in the warm conversation with the grocery store cashier. The tight hug from your mom. A friend who listens without rushing to speak. Words of encouragement from a stranger online.
I experience love every single day - even when I’m not actively looking for it. But when I do consciously observe it? It changes everything. I’m sitting here beaming recounting the amount of times I’ve felt love only today. (It was at least 4 times!!! How amazing!!!)

Pause and Take Notice
When you think about love, what comes to mind? Who do you think of? And more importantly - how do you show love to the people around you?
I invite you to pay attention. To notice the ways love shows up in your daily life - in what you give, and in what you receive. You might be surprised at how often it’s there, quietly waiting to be seen.
Love is the thread that runs through everything. When we choose to see it - to nurture it - life starts to feel softer around the edges, and far more full. Our life is a tapestry, and love is what gives it colour.
So here’s your gentle reminder: love is not a far-off destination. It’s here, now, in the everyday. Notice it. Share it. Let it lead.
