IT STARTS BEFORE THE WEDDING DAY.
You don't need to have your timeline figured out. You don't need to know exactly what you want photographed. And you definitely don't need to know how to pose.
We'll start with a conversation.
During our consultation, we'll talk about your plans, what matters most to you and how you envision your day unfolding. I'll walk you through a base photography timeline, answer your questions and help you understand what you'll need from your wedding photography.

Once we're officially working together, I'll stay involved throughout the planning process.
You'll receive a complimentary wedding planning guide and we'll keep in touch as your plans come together. As your wedding approaches, we'll finalize the details together, review your photography timeline and make sure we're all on the same page.
My goal is for you to arrive at your wedding day feeling prepared - not wondering what the hecky is going to happen.
THE ENGAGEMENT SESSION
GET COMFORTABLE WITH ME BEFORE THE BIG DAY.
Your Ontario engagement session is included in my wedding photography packages for a reason.
It's not just an excuse to get some beautiful photos together. It's our chance to figure each other out.
You'll learn how I give direction. I'll learn how you naturally interact. We'll try things, laugh at the things that feel awkward and figure out what makes you feel like yourselves in photographs.
By the time your wedding day arrives, “What do we do?” becomes “Oh, we know how this works.”
CAMERA-SHY?
YOU DON'T HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO POSE.
Seriously.
If you've ever looked at a photographer and thought:
“Okay... but what am I supposed to do with my hands?”
You're my people.
I'll talk you through movements, offer prompts, make small adjustments when something is out of place and give you encouragement throughout your portraits. If a particular pose or prompt doesn't feel like you, we'll try something else.
And if something natural happens while we're doing all of that?
I'll follow it.
Because the goal isn't to turn you into models. It's to make you feel comfortable enough that you start forgetting there's a camera there.
ON THE WEDDING DAY
GUIDED WHEN YOU NEED IT. PRESENT WHEN IT MATTERS.
On your wedding day, I'll help keep the photography side of things organized so you don't have to.
I'll guide you through your portraits, coordinate your family photos and keep an eye on the timeline. I'll tell you where to stand, where to put your hands and when to move.
But I'm also watching for the moments that don't need direction.
The nervous laugh.
The squeeze of a hand.
The friend who starts crying during the speeches.
The look you give each other across the room.
When something real happens, I know when to step back.
CONSENT + COMFORT
YOUR COMFORT ALWAYS COMES FIRST.
Not every couple is naturally affectionate in front of other people. Not everyone wants to kiss on camera. Not everyone wants an intimate moment photographed.
That's okay.
I'll offer direction and prompts, but I'll always respect your boundaries. If something doesn't feel right, you can say no. If you don't want to do something, we won't.
My job isn't to manufacture intimacy. It's to create enough comfort and trust that you can show up as yourselves.
AFTER THE WEDDING
THEN YOU GET TO RELIVE IT.
I'll send you sneak peeks within one week of your wedding, because I know you're going to be itchingggg to see something.
Then comes your full gallery: professionally edited photographs that tell the story of your day from beginning to end.
And hopefully, when you look through them, you don't just remember what everything looked like.
You remember how it felt.
THE FEELING I WANT TO LEAVE YOU WITH

That's what I want you to say when you look through your gallery.
Not:
“Wow, we look like models.”
But:
“That's us.”
The way you actually laugh together. The silly little expressions. The people you love. The moments you didn't know were happening. The version of yourselves that exists when you're completely comfortable.
That's what I'm lucky enough to photograph.
